AnaEG® is a state-of-the-art technology for treatment of organic or biological waste. It is designed and patented by Professor Zhang Zhenjia. It has the capability to effectively treat a wide range of wastewater and is particularly efficient for problematic wastewater with very high organic content (COD concentration up to 50,000 mg/L). AnaEG® has been proven to provide superior performance at lower costs.
Anaerobic process and does not require air or oxygen supply for treatment of waste. Wastewater enters the reactor from the reactor base and flows through the reactor in an upward direction. As it flows through the reactor, organic matter is biodegraded in an anaerobic process. Organic acid and methane gas is formed in two different layers in the AnaEG® reactor – the generated organic acid forms the bottom layer and is about 1/5 – 1/3 of the overall depth of the granular sludge; the generated methane gas forms the upper layer, just above the organic acid, and takes place at the granular sludge level.
The AnaEG® treatment system removes 70% – 95% of the organic matter from the wastewater. A simple aerobic process easily removes the remaining organic matter.

BioAX Technology is also designed and patented by Professor Zhang Zhenjia. It is an advanced aerobic system, similar to the attached growth process, but is faster and more efficient than the conventional activated sludge process. It has been successfully used for treatment of domestic waste (sewage) and various types of industrial organic and biological waste. BioAX is also the world’s first high efficiency system which allows treated water to reach the requirements of reuse water.
It has a significantly higher volumetric organic loading capacity compared to the conventional suspended growth process such as activated sludge process.
Unlike conventional activated sludge process, BioAX does not require returned sludge. This has significantly simplified the operation process of the aerobic treatment plant. The technology also substantially reduces the sludge quantity and thus reduces the sludge handling cost. BioAX technology also significantly reduces the land area occupied by the waste water treatment plant.
Uses highly efficient microbial species which are capable of degrading compounds such as PVA, which are hardly degraded by normal microbes. BioAX system includes specially designed plastic packing installed at aeration tanks which contains high concentration of microorganisms used for the aerobic attached growth process. This enhances the removal of organic matters in wastewater.

Bio-Fortification Ecological Dam (SWED)
SWED is a new technology specially designed for ecological restoration of lakes, rivers, water bodies and pollution control and is jointly researched and developed by Kyushu University, Japan and Shanghai Jiaotong University, China.
SWED combines physical, chemical and biological treatment of river water pollution and applies landscape to the project. The technical system is constituted by plant floating bed assembled with plant - microbial membranes - fish grade isolation systems to separate oils, nitrogen, phosphorus and organic matter and purify water.
SWED is not a physical isolation but a separation based on environmental protection and ecology. Through the combined effects of plants absorption, microbial degradation and the effects of plankton and large aquatic predators to decompose or store water pollutants, water contaminants will be reduced. Water purified in the dam will not affect the river's drainage system.

Mass Biosystem (MBS)
Ronser is the sole distributor for the Mass Biosystem (MBS) technology. The MBS technology is a technology that is able to reduce the ammonia level in water and waste water up to 1 ppm, a world standard.
MBS is a biological product. The functional bacteria (nitrosomonas and nitrobacter) are mixed with poison free polymers at proper ratio and fixed inside the web structure of polymer molecular chains by adding cross linking agents. The polymers selected possess high biological, chemical and mechanical stability.
The 3D Nano-scale structure of polymer chain makes mass transfer easier between the bulk liquid and the cells within it – makes it highly efficient. The structure also facilitates the proliferation of microbes and stimulation of their activity. In most cases, the pellets are shaped into 3x3x3mm3 pellets. The density of the pellets is similar to water.
Research has also shown that even with a fluctuating ammonia concentration in the influent, the amount of ammonia in the effluent still remains below 0.5ppm.
